Meadow View Apartments consists of twelve apartments situated in three buildings directly behind Casey's on Allen and St. Mark's Ct. There is one handicap-accessible unit on the premises.

The Pekin Housing Authority purchased this property in April 2006. The buildings have new windows, roofs, and siding. Remodeling of the interiors was completed in March 2008.
