Green Valley Apartments consists of twelve apartments. Green Valley is located 13 miles south of Pekin on State Route 29. The property is located across the street from Casey's General Store. One building has four apartments; the other has eight apartments. There is one handicap-accessible unit on the premises.

The Pekin Housing Authority purchased this property in June 2003. Major renovations were completed in the summer of 2004.
