How Do I Apply For Housing Assistance?
We are currently taking applications for our Public Housing Program and Rural Development 515 program. Pekin Housing Authority does not have any State, Federal or local preferences. Applicants are placed on the waiting list based on date and time of application.
Applications may be completed and submitted on-line through our website on any computer. If you do not have access to a computer the application can be picked up in our office at 1901 Broadway St, Pekin IL, 61554 Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
By submitting your application for assistance you are giving consent for the Housing Authority of the City of Pekin to complete and obtain all criminal history records and credit reports for all household members (18 years of age and older) which are necessary to determine eligibility for assistance through the housing programs administered by the Housing Authority.
