The Pekin Housing Authority has an experienced maintenance staff available to maintain the properties. The maintenance staff receives training to remain knowledgeable and skilled in appropriate areas.

Requests for non-emergency repairs (work orders) may be called in to the Housing Authority during regular office hours or left on the answering machine at (309) 346-7996.
