The Housing Authority has an experienced maintenance staff available to maintain the properties. The maintenance staff receives training to remain knowledgeable and skilled in appropriate areas.

24 hour service is available for emergencies by calling 346-5921.

Requests for non-emergency repairs (work orders) may be called in to the Housing Authority during regular office hours or left on the answering machine at 346-7996.
